Make sure you educate your client on what you’re doing for them. 👈 Many clients are in a different industry than you are, so they don’t know what all the back-end details and the nuances are going to be, but many times, that work takes a lot of time, so you need to educate them on what you are doing, and the time it takes
  2. Communicate 👈 If a client has questions, email, text, or call them back, but also be specific about what turnaround time they can expect and from what source.
  3. Make good on promises 👈
