Instagram Ad Tutorial | How to Use Instagram Ads

  1. Log into your Facebook Ad Manager.
  2. Click Power Editor in the left sidebar.
  3. Click “+ Create Ad.” 
  4. Name the ad and choose your objective. You’ll likely choose Page Post Engagement, Clicks to Website or App Installs for direct response campaigns.
  5. Set your budget. 
  6. Select and schedule the duration of the ad campaign. 
  7. Edit your audience.
  8. Select placement. You can choose multiple options. Be certain to include Instagram. The other placements are Facebook only.
  9. Choose how you’d like your ads optimized.
  10. Select delivery type.
  11. Sync your Instagram handle with Facebook.
  12. Create the ad content by adding a link, uploading a photo and generating text.
