“Limited time only.”

“Offer expires soon!”

This is the exact marketing strategy that the sells McDonald’s McRib.  “It’s back. Get Yours!”

While I’m not a fan of the McRib, I am a fan of creating a sense of urgency for your products and services.  It’s called a Limited Time Offer (LTO).

We are well into 2013 and fast approaching the end of the year.  My challenge to you is to create a limited time offer that will benefit both your company and your ideal target market by them taking action now.

Common ways to create a mutually beneficial offer is to:

  1. Help them save money.
  2. Help them accomplish what they want to have happen.
  3. Save them time.
