When I think about RFPs I start to sound like a cranky grandma. RFPs are genuinely an amazing tool for small business owners to work with the public sector and RFPs are an awesome way for the public sector to get exactly what they need. It’s geared up to be a win-win scenario.
Even better still is that most public sector agencies are looking for innovation. That’s awesome. But, in reviewing public sector RFPs there is a disconnect between the innovation they are seeking and the organizations that win the bid.
In this session we’ll:
- Identify top tech tools that may need included in your innovation request
- Find the right balance of old skills and new tools
- Offer considerations for laser focusing RFPs to the end goal to ensure the request is not spread too thin
