Mainly because I now see and understand that running a business doesn’t have to be so hard. It’s as hard as you make it. 🤔
We all know business owners that just do more more more, but as they do more, we see that it doesn’t necessarily impact their results.
They’re just busy, tired, and frazzled. 😫
What I’ve learned is it’s not about doing more tasks. It’s about doing the right tasks. 👈
You just need to find out what those right tasks are. ☝️
You need to narrow your focus to just one or two needle movers.
