Then this article is for you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">Welcome to how much can you really make selling on Amazon KDP &#8211; Part 3. &#x1f996;<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">I am publishing my first round of notebooks and journals to Amazon KDP as kind of a side hustle, but I also really want to see if it works, and I also really want to know the actual numbers. &#x1f4d4;<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">In part one, I told you what the printing cost was, which was $4.52 per notebook, and then I also found this\u2026 &#x1f448;<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">So if I sell my notebooks for $9.99, the printing cost is $4.52, and then my royalty rate is 60%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">For each notebook I sell, I\u2019m going to get $1.47. &#x1f612;<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">So those other videos that tell you that the notebook is selling for $7, this person sold 1,000 of them, so $7000 is what they made. &#x1f612;&#x1f612;&#x1f612;<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">Of course, I thought they would be overhead in this, but I did not realize what a low amount I would actually be making.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">Deeper dive to come\u2026 &#x1faf6;<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">Who thinks this is a good idea so far?
