Of all the phobias out there, public speaking is considered the highest. It affects 3 out of 4 people or 75% of individuals that suffer from speech anxiety. I’m one of those people.
When opportunity knocks, answer.
This past May, I had an incredible opportunity. Speaking at the National Restaurant Show to 252 wonderful attendees.
Never did it cross my mind to share this video—mainly because of my fear of public speaking.
Until now. The numbers are in.
85.3% of attendees thought they received practical and new info that I can use in their job.
98.6% of attendees thought I knew what I was talking about.
Enough said.
