We’ve all had those awkward situations. The ones that make our stomach’s lurch, our chest gets tight. 

  • Like the time a client asked for a refund.
  • Or, the time a client left a bad review. 
  • Or, the time when I lost my biggest client. 

Sheesh. It’s been a ride. 

The first time this happened, I went into a spin, but the longer I’m in business the more I realise there you can’t please everybody! 

But. I know that it the thick of it, it’s hard to navigate. 

So, I’m jumping back into hosting a podcast because there are real problems that need solved.
