Hustle culture is toxic.

Burnout isn’t fun or productive for anyone. 🔥

In this world of hustle culture where we feel we have to check our emails, slack, or phones when we open our eyes in the morning and have it be the last thing we do at night. 🏃‍♂️

Hustle culture doesn’t help anyone, and burnout is not fun. 🙅‍♀️

When prioritizing productivity and achievement over anything else, it is easy to overextend ourselves and fill up our calendars too much.

One of the things I do to help combat this is when I wake up, I don’t check my phone first thing. 📱

I take care of what I need to do first thing in the morning, and usually, I go on early morning hikes. ⛰️

This gives me a sense of accomplishment first thing in the morning. I did something for myself, which gave me the energy to go to work and do what I needed to do.

I also go out at the end of the day to hike and get some fresh air. ⛰️

This helps brain chemistry and is a great way to rewind from the day. 🧠

What is something you do to help you avoid burnout? 🤔
